🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data science or related field
3-6 years in finance operations, accounting, or shared services
Basic accounting principles (accruals, journal entries, general ledger)
Strong Excel skills (data handling, reconciliation, templates)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management, especially under deadlines
