• FP&A partner to Marketing leaders, linking plans to financial impact
• Analyze performance and explain drivers behind results
• Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for investments
• Lead recurring reviews with Marketing stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years FP&A or related role
• Strong analytical skills linking financials to operational drivers
• Experience partnering with non-financial stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field
• Proficiency in SAP, SQL, Excel; financial modeling
• Excellent communication and data visualization skills
