📋 Description

• FP&A partner to Marketing teams, linking plans to financial impact
• Understand Marketing priorities and advise on investments
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Build budgets/forecasts with partners, executives, and stakeholders
• Present performance and risks to leadership
• Support planning, reporting, and decision-making with finance perspective

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years FP&A or related finance
• Strong analytical skills; connect financials to operations
• Excellent communication with non-financial leaders
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field
• Experience with SAP, SQL, and advanced Excel; BI/Data Viz
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, modeling
