📋 Description

• Close monthly revenue and commissions; prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Collaborate across departments to gather transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable; manage balances.
• Oversee invoicing via municipal platforms or NetSuite; understand tax calculations.
• Administer accounts payable; coordinate payment schedules and vendor relations.
• Develop and implement financial policies to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or related field (in progress okay).
• Fast learner with a proactive, dynamic, self-directed approach.
• Up to 2 years experience or new graduate eager to learn.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Invoicing and taxation concepts (municipal/NetSuite).
• Advanced English; Spanish a plus.
