📋 Description

• Support marketing FP&A budgeting, headcount and operating expenses.
• Analyze datasets to deliver scalable marketing reporting and forecasting.
• Develop scenario-based models for marketing investments, ROI, and trends.
• Partner with Marketing Operations and Strategy & Analytics to align with GTM and revenue growth.
• Provide data-driven insights to FP&A and GTM leadership.
• Leverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years FP&A experience, ideally including GTM Finance
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning skills
• Experience partnering with marketing or GTM teams to support business growth
• Proven ability to influence senior executives through clear, data-backed recommendations
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and financial analytics tools to drive efficiency
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
