Financial Analyst, R&D Finance

📋 Description

• Analyze R&D financial data and prepare recurring reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for R&D cost centers.
• Monitor performance against budgets; provide insights.
• Maintain financial models, databases, and reporting tools.
• Track KPIs including spending, headcount, and capex.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and leadership-ready reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related.
• 2+ years of financial analysis or related role.
• Experience supporting R&D, engineering, tech, or product is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication with finance and technical stakeholders.
