Financial Cash Disbursements Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage and analyze check file processes to ensure accurate payments.
• Perform accounts payable reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process domestic/international wire payments and coordinate with Accounting.
• Research data and payment records to respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
• Monitor vendor invoices, three-way matching, discounts, and payment terms.
• Identify opportunities to preserve discounts and prioritize payment files.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred, or equivalent experience in Accounts Payable/finance.
• 2–3+ years experience in payment processing or cash disbursements.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay, three-way matching, vendor discounts, and terms.
• Analytical, with strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large data sets, meet deadlines, and adapt to priorities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and clear written/verbal communication.
