Financial Controller

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end month-end close across all Heidi entities.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, creating ownership culture.
• Strengthen financial controls across multi-entity, multi-currency setup.
• Deliver timely monthly reports and variance analysis for leadership.
• Own statutory reporting; IFRS and local GAAP across jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• CA or CPA qualified.
• 7+ years in financial accounting, audit or controllership; 2+ years as controller.
• Big 4 background plus SaaS/high-growth tech experience ideal.
• Strong IFRS accounting and multi-entity/multi-currency experience.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Comfortable working in ERP with imperfect data; build controls.
