Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a quantitative field
2-5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, data analytics, or related areas
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
Proficiency in SQL and handling large datasets
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Snowsight) and data visualization
Excellent communication and ability to distill insights for leadership
