📋 Description

• Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms
• Analyze target company financial information to assess quality of earnings, quality of assets
• Identify historical and projected operating trends, accounting issues, and financial risks that may
• Prepare financial analyses, due diligence workpapers, client-ready reports, and presentation
• Collaborate with CFGI engagement teams, client management, and third-party advisors throughout the

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, audit, and/or assurance.
• Experience supporting financial due diligence, audit engagements, or other transaction-related
