📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one financial guidance to employees remotely via LearnLux platform.
• Adapt LearnLux planning methodology for the MENA region.
• Collaborate with team to improve financial guidance for members.
• Understand member benefit plans and assist HR/benefits teams during open enrollment.
• Lead employer partner engagement via webinars and occasional on-site events.

🎯 Requirements

• A designation, certification, or diploma in personal financial planning or related field.
• At least three years of one-on-one financial guidance experience across retirement, budgeting
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for financial education and empowering individuals to make informed decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and collaborate with a distributed team.
