Financial Planning and Analysis Manager -Professional Services and Partner Support

📋 Description

• Manage/forecast PS and partner orgs in a global environment
• Drive budgeting for growth with execution focus
• Partner with sales, services, ops and finance on KPIs and forecasts
• Plan and forecast PS and partner resources and non-comp expenses
• Size/forecast partner programs and rebates
• Capacity planning for professional services and subcontractors
• Model and forecast PS revenue
• Manage complete P&L to ensure forecast accuracy
• Support monthly close; review accruals and actuals

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive FP&A, SaaS, and public company exp
• Experience in high-growth, scale, stakeholder mgmt
• Curious, asks why/how to improve
• Bachelor's in finance/accounting; MBA a plus
• Experience in Professional Services and Partner Support
• Initiative and creativity in problem solving
• Proven PS and sales partner support experience
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with analytical mindset
• Understand rebates, capacity planning, revenue drivers, commissions
• Translate data into practical insights
• Strong business acumen and focus on financial performance
• Excellent communication to financial and non-financial partners
• Tableau, Salesforce, NetSuite, Pigment, BigQuery, AI experience
• Autonomous and collaborative; thrives in fast-paced env
