IFRS accounting standards expertise
Prepare SEC footnote disclosures with legal, investor relations, and internal audit
Support annual SEC 20-F reporting and financial close
Draft disclosures and perform footnote tie-out with accounting team
SOX controls and internal control improvements
Collaborate on equity award accounting with payroll and rewards

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent
5-7+ years accounting experience; Big 4 a plus
Strong SEC regulations knowledge; IFRS/US GAAP familiarity
Ability to research complex standards and train finance team
Strong internal controls, audit, and compliance understanding
Experience with Workiva is a plus; fluent in English
