Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Lead

📋 Description

• Own external reporting function; lead SEC reporting and technical accounting initiatives
• Drive equity and lease accounting end-to-end (ASC 718, ASC 842)
• Maintain MD&A, disclosures, and investor communications with accuracy and clarity
• Lead close processes, automation, and data integrity improvements with finance/IT
• Manage audit process; ensure SOX compliance and internal controls improvement
• Build and mentor a high-performing team to scale with company growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
• 9+ years in accounting/financial reporting; public company background preferred
• Extensive SEC reporting experience; familiarity with Form 10-K/10-Q/8-K
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (ASC 718, ASC 842); Workiva experience
• Experience with equity administration, ERP systems, and investor communications
• Public-company software/FinTech/tech industry experience a plus
