🎯 Requirements

7-12 years of ERP implementations or financial-systems leadership
Deep hands-on Netsuite knowledge; experience with other tools
Strong judgment on financial-systems architecture; evaluate trade-offs
Experience evaluating technology vendors and solutions
Comfortable with ambiguity and growing organizations
Clear communication with finance teams, vendors, tech leaders, and executives
