• Hands-on Financials Solution Architect on Workday projects.
• Lead design sessions, capture requirements, translate to Workday Financials solutions.
• Configure solutions, provide architectural guidance during delivery.
• Oversee documentation, testing, go-live, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify risks and improve processes.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 7+ years Workday Financials implementation, or Master’s + 5+ years.
• Alternate: 11+ years Experience without formal degree.
• Current Workday certification; expertise in at least two Workday Financials pillars.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation methodologies.
• Experience in ERP sales cycles, RFx responses, client demos.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and client presentation skills.
