📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery of technical integrations between fintech partners and banking tech
• Bridge between fintech partners, IT, operations, compliance, risk, and partnership teams.
• Create repeatable standards, onboarding processes, technical docs, and integration patterns for
• Support complex payment rails and regulated financial programs with partners.
• Translate complex requirements into practical, partner-facing solutions.
• Shape innovative banking partnerships while building secure, compliant fintech programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or related discipline (or equivalent
• 5+ years in banking, fintech, payments, or financial services across implementation
• Experience designing or coordinating technical integrations (APIs, file-based interfaces, data
• Ability to lead technical discussions and translate tech requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong ability to understand new tech environments, data flows, and integration architectures.
• Familiarity with BSA/AML, KYC, third-party risk, payments, and regulatory concepts.
