Fire Assay Technician

📋 Description

• Perform Fire Assay techniques (fluxing, fusing, cupelling) per procedures.
• Maintain routine equipment per supervisor guidance.
• Document work orders, fusion sheets, logs accurately and up to date.
• Follow Quality system protocols and report discrepancies.
• Keep clean work area; dispose crucibles, cupels and lead waste properly.
• Organize and label waste; may work in other Geochemistry lab areas as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: zero to 1 year of relevant lab work preferred.
