🎯 Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience, with exposure to international hiring and the European market.
• Experience sourcing candidates for Live Casino or related roles in Europe.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting candidate relationships.
• Comfortable managing multiple assignments independently and taking ownership.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software is a plus.
