Fleet Operation Manager

📋 Description

• Support worldwide fleet coordination for vessel availability

• Oversee maintenance and condition to meet tech and class requirements

• Act as owner's representative, safeguarding owner's interests onboard

• Bring fleet steering in-house, reduce reliance on external providers

• Apply and enforce shipping processes and tools across the fleet

• Provide superintendent-level technical support to vessels at key hubs

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in the shipping industry, in technical or operational fleet roles

• Seagoing/onboard experience is indispensable

• Solid understanding of fleet operations and the owner model

• Strong command of shipping business processes and operational tools

• High operational autonomy and the ability to make sound decisions independently

• Fluent English is mandatory
