Fleet Operations Associate (Overnight Shift)

📋 Description

• Oversee 24/7 AV depot readiness and vehicle lifecycle from pre-deploy checks to end-of-day
• Perform daily fleet management, state transitions, and sensor verification in the fleet system.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and QA to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Execute charging, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance per SOPs.
• Manage data handling, transfers, and device tracking with security controls.
• Calibrate sensors and conduct calibration driving to support autonomous deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or related degree preferred.
• 1-2 years in automotive, fleet ops, or logistics.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean record (for calibration driving).
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow SOPs with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varied conditions.
• Proficiency with mobile devices/tablets and basic data entry.
