• Proven leadership experience leading field or operations teams.
• Hands-on experience with tools, electrical work, construction, networking, or equipment fitting.
• South American cattle production experience.
• Go-getter attitude; proactive ownership.
• Strong communicator; translate field findings to remote product/engineering teams.
• Organized and structured; manage workloads and priorities.
