Fleet Operations Technician - USA

📋 Description

• Infrastructure maintenance: Oversee the upkeep and repair of Halter’s infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
• Hardware diagnosis: Diagnose any issues with our hardware and feed this information back to the relevant team.
• Deployment support: Provide critical on-site support during ranch deployments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful installations.
• On-call: Be part of the global on-call roster to support tower-related incidents and proactively find solutions in a timely manner.
• Data analysis: Collect, interpret, and analyze data from our hardware to optimize processes and inform decision-making.
• Build scalable systems: Help develop and manage a maintenance system for the USA market.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience: Practical, hands-on experience with tools, electrical work, construction, networking, or equipment fitting is a must.
• Go-getter attitude: A proactive approach, with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on and figure things out on the go.
• Handiness: Practical skills and resourcefulness, with the ability to handle a wide range of tasks even without specific technical training.
• Time management: Ability to manage your own time so that tasks are completed on schedule.
• Team-oriented approach: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different locations.
• Willingness to travel: Spontaneous and planned travel will be part of this role.
