Fleet Planner (Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport)

📋 Description

• You will handle day-to-day planning and operations of the fleet to ensure efficiency and safety
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future vehicle needs
• Plan and dispatch vehicles based on hourly, daily, and weekly demand forecasts
• Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches and maintain service levels
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth car rental transactions

🎯 Requirements

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1+ year in admin tasks in office/auto
• Computer Skills: Basic computer navigation; proficient with Microsoft Office
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized; manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders
• Licenses & Authorization: At least 18 years old; valid driver's license; clean driving record
• Work Hours & Travel: 40 hours/week; day/evening shifts; travel 5-10%
• Uniform & Language: Willing to wear uniform; speaking other languages is a plus
