• Be the first and last contact for SIXT customers outdoors in car parks
• Prepare, clean and valet vehicles to high standards
• Handle handover paperwork for smooth customer transitions
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches
• Inspect vehicles for damage and document issues
• Confirm damages with customers and notify Branch Manager
