📋 Description

• Maintain and improve Halter’s on-farm hardware infrastructure.
• Diagnose hardware issues and feed insights to the team.
• Switch tasks between repairs, upgrades, and field deployments.
• Provide on-site deployment support and troubleshooting.
• Be on global on-call roster for tower-related incidents.
• Collaborate with hardware, product, and customer success teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with tools, electrical work, construction, networking, or equipment fitting.
• Proactive, go-getter attitude; able to figure things out on the go.
• Strong practical skills and resourcefulness across tasks.
• Good time management and ability to work across locations.
• Willingness to travel within NZ; 3-4 days on road per week possible.
• Desire to provide high-quality service and maintain Halter’s infrastructure.
