📋 Description

• Support worldwide fleet coordination for vessel availability
• Oversee maintenance and class/compliance of vessels
• Act as owner's representative for technical/operational matters
• Bring fleet steering in-house; reduce external reliance
• Apply and enforce shipping processes and tools across the fleet
• Provide superintendent-level support to vessels across main hubs

🎯 Requirements

• Significant shipping industry experience in technical or operational fleet roles
• Seagoing/onboard experience indispensable
• Solid understanding of fleet operations and the owner model
• Strong command of shipping business processes and operational tools
• High operational autonomy and independent decision-making
• Fluent English is mandatory
