Fleet Technician

📋 Description

• You perform basic mechanical repairs such as oil changes, tire mounting/balancing, tire repair, and
• You complete pre-delivery inspections on fleet vehicles as required by management
• You aim to meet daily output goals and maintain at least 100% efficiency
• You use PPE and safety glasses at all times in the automotive shop
• You conduct daily clean-up and maintain a clean work environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as an automotive technician or trade school graduate
• ASE Certifications in Suspension & Steering (A4) and Brakes (A5), or willingness to earn within
• At least 18 years old, valid driver's license with clean record, eligible to work in the United
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, including day or evening shifts, with travel (5-10%)
