Unarmed Flex Security Officers for Willis Tower in Downtown Chicago
Shifts: 2 of 3 required; weekend/holiday availability; flexible scheduling
Front desk duties, access control, and incident response for a secure environment
Console monitoring, incident documentation, and collaboration with Titan Security management
Customer service oriented responsibilities for tenants, visitors, and vendors
Additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Available for 2 or 3 shifts; weekend/holiday availability
Experience as door staff, receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel, or restaurant
High School diploma or GED
Ability to obtain Illinois PERC and required training
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
