Build and maintain a fly-by-wire aircraft to aviation standards using shop tools
Perform maintenance, repair, modification, installation, and testing tasks
Preflight and ready aircraft for daily flight test ops, maximize availability
Help develop flight test maintenance policies and procedures
Follow safety policies for ground operations as part of Archer SMS
Provide plans/status updates to Flight Test Maintenance Manager

🎯 Requirements

FAA Airframe and Powerplant license (A&P required)
8+ years in aerospace; 8+ years aircraft maintenance
Experience with developmental or Part 23/27 flight test maintenance
Hands-on with fly-by-wire aircraft and flight test instrumentation
Aircraft configuration management and conformity experience
Experience with high voltage systems

This is a base pay position with a target range of $87,000 - $108,000
