Maintain and develop a fly-by-wire aircraft to aviation standards using shop tools and calibrated
Perform developmental, experimental and production aircraft maintenance, repair, modification
Manage preflight, startup, and daily flight test readiness to maximize aircraft availability
Contribute to Flight Test maintenance policies and procedures (5s, FOD, work orders, tool control)
Ensure safety and compliance with maintenance policies as part of Archer's Safety Management System
Provide status updates to the Flight Test Maintenance Manager on assigned aircraft/projects

🎯 Requirements

FAA Airframe and Powerplant license (A&P Required)
8+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
8+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
Experience with developmental or Part 23/Part 27 flight test maintenance
Hands-on with fly-by-wire aircraft and flight test instrumentation
Experience with high voltage systems
