📋 Description

• Review and resolve CH back-end tickets timely and accurately.
• Assist with payoff quote requests from CH and lenders.
• Process end-to-end account closure endorsements (Self-Serve and internal).
• Handle account-closing unblock requests.
• Prepare reconveyance requests for audit review and submit after approval.
• Coordinate with CH, lenders, Flood/HOI agencies to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in mortgage servicing, loan ops, insurance servicing, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of account closure, payoff processing, reconveyance, and renewals.
• OFAC and audit compliance familiarity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with internal servicing systems and ticketing platforms.
• Must be from the Philippines and can work Pacific Time.
