📋 Description

• As a Floor Manager, drive excellent customer experiences on the shop floor
• Lead with energy, set a welcoming, brand-aligned store tone
• Oversee daily store operations and drive operational excellence
• Act as a brand ambassador and ensure great customer journeys
• Step in as Store Manager when required to maintain leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of store operations and standards in retail
• Customer-focused with ability to lead by example
• Product passion and enthusiasm for sharing product knowledge
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Excellent communication, clear direction, and constructive feedback
• Adaptable to varied hours including evenings, weekends, holidays; Lithuanian and English (A2)
