Fluid Dynamics Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, simulation, and integration of large-scale fluid systems.
• Design fluid circuits for transformer oil and DI water handling.
• Perform high-fidelity CFD modeling of oil/DI-water paths.
• Develop fluid-quality protocols and DI water conditioning.
• Oversee P&ID creation and system documentation.
• Collaborate with pulsed-power and HV teams for integration.

🎯 Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical/Chemical Eng or Applied Physics.
• Experience with CFD tools: ANSYS Fluent/CFX, OpenFOAM, COMSOL.
• 2+ years in large-scale fluid systems (pumps, filters, heat exchangers).
• Familiarity with transformer oil or dielectric fluids.
• Strong convective/forced-flow heat transfer knowledge.
