FOLX Clinician NP (per diem/hourly)

📋 Description

• Provide clinical care to members via telehealth platform focusing on LGBTQIA+ needs.
• Deliver services including hormone therapy, reproductive health, primary care and mental health
• Clinic visits are synchronous (audio/visual) or asynchronous (lab results, questions).
• Time set aside for case discussions and clinical training.

🎯 Requirements

• Multiple active state NP licenses (GA, CA, TX, PA, NJ, OH, NC, NY, IL preferred).
• Compact RN license ideal but not required.
• Active Federal DEA license in state(s) of practice.
• Active Controlled Substance Registration/licensure if required.
• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• National Certification through licensing authority.
