Forming Process Specialist

📋 Description

• Inspect ware from active production lines daily for issues with appearance and defects; report
• Provide basic scheduling and technical support during preventive maintenance activities.
• Analyze basic forming process data points.
• Ensure plant safety rules and company policies are adhered to.
• Be responsible for job histories and machine set-ups to meet KPIs and quality goals.
• Track daily KPIs related to the forming process.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• At least 5 years of related experience in IS glass machine forming process.
• Understanding of mold repair and machine repair technology, forehearth operations, and their
• Experience in glass manufacturing and bottle making; technical background in glass manufacturing
