📋 Description

• Formulation design and development for ASO drug products
• Characterization: particle size, PDI, zeta potential
• Stability assessment and in-vitro performance testing
• Troubleshoot formulation issues and identify stability risks
• Analytical work using HPLC and other instruments
• Data analysis, interpretation, and reporting across teams

🎯 Requirements

• BS in life sciences with 3+ years pharma drug product development experience
• Hands-on with characterization (DLS, zeta potential, encapsulation)
• Analytical skills with HPLC, ELISA preferred
• Ability to follow protocols and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
