Formulations Scientist

📋 Description

• Prepare common vehicles and reagents
• Measure solubility in buffers, bio-relevant medium & organic solvents
• Prepare formulations and conduct other processing steps under aseptic conditions
• Execute formulation development experiments, incl. solution, lyophilized and particulate
• Prepare formulations under aseptic and GLP conditions
• Conduct basic analysis, incl. pH, osmolality, particle size measurements and HPLC

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS degree or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, biochemistry, Chemistry or related field
• At least 1 year of pharmaceutical industry experience in formulation and/or process development
• Biologics and sterile formulation experience a plus
• Experience with process development incl. mixing, pumping and lyophilization studies
• Self-driven, independent, meticulous with execution and record keeping
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions or sponsorship
