Forward Deploy Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Partner with health systems to understand data, workflows, and goals.
• Design and execute data and ML investigations on structured/unstructured healthcare data.
• Deploy and operationalize ML/LLM pipelines with engineering and product teams.
• Analyze user engagement with customer success and product teams.
• Communicate results to technical, product, and clinical stakeholders.
• Build reusable playbooks and best practices to accelerate future implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional data science experience; healthcare a bonus.
• Strong communication; comfortable presenting to external customers.
• Python proficiency; experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace.
• Experience with ML Ops tools (Airflow, MLflow, dbt, Docker, cloud ML).
• Familiarity with modern applied LLM techniques.
• Excellent data manipulation and handling of large datasets.
