Forward Deployed Accountant

📋 Description

• Build and deploy AI Agents that automate accounting workflows for corporate teams.
• Enable customers to build/deploy AI Agents via training, workshops, guided build sessions, and
• Lead enablement sessions and ongoing coaching to help users design, deploy, and maintain their AI
• Perform basic troubleshooting by reviewing Agent configurations and coordinating escalation with
• Support product improvement by sharing customer feedback and participating in feature testing.
• Lead internal training on Transform’s Agent-building tools and equip teams to support customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or accounting operations with core workflows such as
• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred, or US CPA/CMA; public accounting or corporate accounting
• Familiarity with workflow automation, system optimization, or technology-enabled accounting
• Familiarity with data-flow, API, and integration concepts used in accounting systems.
• Strong communication skills to lead training sessions, workshops, and enablement activities.
• Ability to break down complex accounting processes into structured automation steps.
