🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of analytical, cross-functional experience.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and workflows.
• Discovery/research to create a prioritized backlog.
• Technical fluency: integration architecture, Python, APIs.
• Proven coaching and enabling others to change how they work.
• Strong written and verbal communication; adapt to learners.
