🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in analytical, cross-functional roles.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows.
• Discovery and stakeholder research translating into a prioritized plan.
• Tech fluency in integration architecture, prompts, and data workflows (Python, APIs).
• Strong coaching, teaching, and communication skills.
• Experience across marketing, finance, people, legal, or operations functions.
