📋 Description

• Ship GenAI systems into client envs: LLM apps, agentic workflows, data pipelines.
• Spend weeks in operator’s seat to learn the function from inside.
• Redesign the function from first principles with a Forward Deployed Executive.
• Write production code across stack: Python, TypeScript; AWS-centric.
• Deploy on AWS with containerized, observable, maintainable systems.
• Own the outcome; measure against business KPIs with client leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building software, hands-on today and staying hands-on.
• Willing to learn new domains by doing the operator’s job first.
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production (not just demos).
• Strong engineering fundamentals; Python and/or TypeScript; depth > stack.
• Cloud-native delivery on AWS; containers, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD.
• Strong stakeholder credibility; fluent English.
