Forward Deployed Architect

📋 Description

• Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch
• Translate business goals and workflow requirements into scalable Notion solutions
• Design scalable Notion architectures with workflows, permissions, integrations and AI use cases
• Design and deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, Workers, and
• Help customers adoption plans and launch approaches to drive sustained usage
• Create reusable patterns and templates from customer engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture or similar
• Ability to translate goals into clear workflows and architectures
• Strong discovery, governance, and future-state solution design skills
• Hands-on AI builder mindset; experience with AI tools in workflows
• API/integration fluency; data models and automation knowledge
• Experience delivering adoption-focused implementations
