📋 Description

• Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch.
• Translate business goals and workflow requirements into scalable Notion solutions.
• Design scalable Notion architectures translating workflows into adoptable workspaces.
• Design and deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, agents, automations, Workers, and Dev
• Create adoption plans and launch approaches to drive sustained usage and value.
• Identify repeatable patterns and convert into packaged assets and templates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear workflows and implementation plans.
• Strong consultative discovery and ability to map current-state workflows.
• Hands-on AI builder mindset; experience using AI tools to design and prototype workflows.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, automation, and enterprise systems.
• Experience delivering implementations that drive adoption and long-term customer value.
