Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Deploy Agentic AI systems into production at major enterprises
• Work with customers to understand operational challenges and success criteria
• Translate problems into technical designs and implementations
• Own delivery of the platform and guide clients on best practices
• Build AI agents that integrate with customer systems, data sources, and APIs
• Own deployments including reliability, performance, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional software engineering experience
• Backend, full-stack, or solutions-architect profile
• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
• Ability to generalize across technologies and solve new challenges
• Experience integrating platforms into customer environments via APIs, cloud infrastructure, MCP
• Comfortable working directly with customers; client-facing experience a plus
