Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Own hands-on technical delivery of customer engagements from discovery to end-to-end implementation.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to help customers expand Notion use.
• Design, build, and operate custom agents, integrations, automation, and data pipelines.
• Lead large-scale content and data migrations with validation and post-migration optimization.
• Collaborate with customer teams to gather requirements and shape architecture for Notion.
• Debug complex issues across APIs, permissions, and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing or forward deployed engineering or similar role.
• Proficient in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python; production-grade coding experience.
• Hands-on API and data integration experience.
• Strong technical discovery, feasibility assessment, and planning skills.
• Excellent debugging and cross-team communication abilities.
• Proven track record delivering value to enterprise customers at scale.
