📋 Description

• Own customer support queue and drive issues to resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering background to investigate developer-facing product issues.
• Familiar with AI gateway technologies, LLM integrations, APIs, or related tools.
• Systematic debugging, root cause analysis, and reproduction of issues.
• Ability to contribute to codebases via bug fixes and PRs.
• Customer-focused with the ability to translate technical challenges into solutions.
• Excellent communication and execution in a busy environment with metrics.
