• Embed with customer AI teams to design and productionize AI agents.
• Advise on architecture and best practices for agentic workflows.
• Develop reference demos and projects using W&B Weave.
• Gather field feedback to shape product roadmap.
• Lead workshops and enablement sessions to accelerate adoption.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges in customer environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python engineering background with ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to work with customers in technical consulting roles.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to technical/business audiences.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; creative problem solving.
