Forward Deployed Engineer, AI & Analytics

📋 Description

• Take analytics and POC into production with data pipelines, governance, and observability.
• Work with business/product teams to translate processes into software and AI solutions.
• Build production-grade apps, pipelines, dashboards, and workflows.
• Develop AI/LLM capabilities with retrieval, tool use, and agent workflows.
• Define metrics with client leaders and report on outcomes.
• Shape a scalable roadmap from POC to broader adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software/data/ML engineering with production ownership.
• Hands-on with Palantir Foundry (Pipeline Builder, Ontology, Workshop) or strong
• Strong Python and SQL; Java/TypeScript a plus.
• Experience delivering LLM- and agent-based solutions; productionization.
• Consulting/forward-deployed engineering or client-embedded delivery background.
• Strong communication with executives and stakeholders.
